OD: the pecten is nicely visible, it is difficult to get the choroid layer in focus, but it does not appear uniform, with some areas of pallor visible, PLR is wnl, appears visual in this eye

OS: the globe is more firm than OD, there are two areas of hyphema at the 5- and 9-o'clock positions. There is a black band extending from 6- to 10-o'clock, the remainder of the anterior chamber is opaque, preventing view of deeper structures, cannot see pupil
